We have been cooperating with Buy2sell for almost 2 years. In the first year, they only achieved 80% of the target (possibly due to the impact of the COVID pandemic?). They offered to continue working with us for the second year completely free of charge, and we were pleasantly surprised when they reached 60% of the target in just the first 4 months of the second year. With this optimistic situation, we believe they will soon exceed the sales target in the second year.

In the first 7 months after signing the contract, they were only able to place a small PO, and we were quite worried. However, during the Lunar New Year, they placed a large number of POs with us, and we believe that was the peak time for distributors to stock up. We observed that they had an effective marketing and sales strategy based on their market situation.

We are planning to distribute our products in the Vietnamese market and have also researched about them. From what we know, they have a wide distribution network in the Vietnamese market. When collaborating with them, we developed 3 product lines. 2 product lines have shown great development and have been sold in large quantities. However, one of our product lines has been relatively slow. I think it's possible that some product lines may not be truly suitable for the Vietnamese market. Nevertheless, we see Vietnam as a highly potential market and truly promising when developing products that are suitable for their market.

They have sent us a Sales & Marketing Plan that is quite detailed. However, during the working process, they eliminated some items and focused on developing other categories. Nevertheless, the sales results for our products are quite promising, and our brand is also well-known. We only care about the results. Hopefully, they will help us truly develop in the Vietnamese market.

When collaborating with them, we also read some negative reviews. But during the working process with them, we found them to be very professional, and they have achieved good sales results for our products. If there are cases where the sales results are not good, it could be due to the product not being suitable for the market or due to their competitors. Anyway, they always support us regardless of the working process. In business, we should stay calm and communicate openly to find the right solutions, don't we?

I received their profile and proposal, but it was not easy to make a decision when everything was just via email. Recently, I had a business trip to the Southeast Asia region and visited Vietnam. They invited me to their office, and they were very enthusiastic in taking me to visit their showrooms. It was surprising to see their luxurious and impressive showroom system in major malls in Vietnam. I see them as a very potential business and have decided to try collaborating with them.

We sell high-end cosmetics, so we are quite selective with our customers. We believe that it takes time to develop the market. They have a fairly wide customer base. Currently, they have successfully placed our products in some high-end cosmetic stores, spas, and clinics.
